1, the hardness of the aerated concrete blanks are not uniform, thus causing the cutting, the angular cracks of the aerated concrete blanks. 2、The spreader is damaged by bumping or squeezing the billet when turning it or moving it up and down. There is also a possibility that the mold is leaking, and the corners of the touch base plate are blocked with waste slurry or sprinkled with some dry aerated shreds, thus adhering to the blank. But these materials can not form a whole with the blank, and often fall off when cutting by the bed plate adhesion or pushed by the steel wire, so that the corners of the blank are missing. Some molds have the problem of slurry leakage and are plugged with waste slurry mud or sprinkled with some dry aerated shreds at the corners of the touch base plate, thus adhering to the blank. However, these materials cannot form a whole with the blank, and when cutting, they are often stuck by the bed plate or pushed by the steel wire and fall off, so that the corners of the blank are defective.
3, during the demoulding process, if the degree of mold opening is not enough, it is possible to make the sides and corners of the billet body scratch; if the overhead crane is used for demoulding, once the operation is unstable and the mold frame is shaken, this will certainly happen to scratch the billet body; if the whole fixed mold frame is used, it is possible to crash the billet body when demoulding; in addition, if the humidity of the billet body is too high, it is easy to cause the billet body to adhere to the mold frame, so that In addition, if the humidity of the billet is too high, it is easy to cause the billet to adhere to the mold frame, which will cause damage to the upper corners of the billet during the demoulding.
