Working principle

Equipment commissioning
1、Adjust the operation direction of air compressor, adjust the pressure switch and safety valve according to the safety regulations, adjust the tightness of v-belt, check the oil level of compressor, if lacking, please fill to the red circle range in the middle of the 
oil mirror, the lubricant should be selected compressor lubricant L-DAB100, GB12691 (i.e. equivalent to the old international summer HS - 19, winter HS - 13).
2、Adjust the running direction of the host mixing barrel motor, check the oil surface height of the reducer lubricating oil, and add appropriate lubricating oil, and fill the transmission chain with lubricating grease regularly to prolong the service life.
3、Adjust the running direction of the pump, and set the water supply time of the pump according to the machine specifications and production needs, and do not adjust it arbitrarily after setting, so as not to affect the quality of the products.
4、First place the moulds used in accordance with the regulations, the ground should be coated with isolating agent or pavement film, and the moulds should be coated with machine oil around in order to release the moulds.
5、Check whether the main machine's water and gas pipelines are smooth, and whether there is water and gas leakage, and unclog and seal them.
 
Raw material
The cement and admixtures used in the production of foam concrete blocks should conform to the following regulations.
1、Cement should conform to the provisions of GB175 and TCP33.
2、Sand should comply with the provisions of GB/T14684
3, fly ash should comply with the provisions of GB/T1596.
4, finely ground slag powder in line with the provisions of GB/T18046.
5, the use of other active mineral powders for blending should be in line with the requirements of the relevant national standards and norms.
6, when mixed with industrial slag, the level of radioactivity of the slag should be in line with the provisions of GB6566.
7, admixtures should be in line with the provisions of GB8076.
8, foam agent, the foam prepared by physical methods into an aqueous solution of foam agent should have good stability, and uniform size of the pore aperture.
9, water should be in line with the provisions of JGJ63.
