      a) The dust concentration of 18g/m3 at the top of the lime store and the top of the hoist, and the emission concentration is 30mg/m3 after setting a HMC-64 pulse single bag dust collector for treatment.
 
      b) Ball mill, mill elevator, batching hopper of batching building, dust concentration of 18g/m3, set a LPM4A-120 air shock bag dust collector after treatment, the emission concentration is 30mg/m3.
 
      c) Cement warehouse top, elevator top, dust concentration 15g/m3, set a HMC-64 pulse single bag dust collector after treatment, the emission concentration is 25mg/m3.
 
      d) Fly ash storage roof, hoist roof, dust concentration 15g/m3, set a LPM4A-120 air shock bag dust collector after treatment, the emission concentration is 25mg/m3.
 
      e) Top of desulfurization gypsum storage, top of elevator, dust concentration 18g/m3, after setting a HMC-64 pulse single bag dust collector, the emission concentration is 30mg/m3.
 
      f) The dust concentration is 15g/m3 at the top of the fine fly ash cylinder warehouse and the top of the elevator, and the emission concentration is 25mg/m3 after setting a HMC-64 pulse single bag dust collector. After the above measures, we can reduce the impact of dust on the local area, and even make relative contribution to the local agriculture.
 
       Aerated concrete block production line treatment of dust emissions program: the production plant raw materials for fly ash, cement, lime and gypsum, these raw materials in the treatment and storage and transportation process will produce a certain amount of dust, in which we have all developed effective treatment measures.        The solution of aerated concrete block production line to control wastewater: the main drainage is equipment and ground washing water, condensate of autoclave and domestic sewage, etc. The condensate of autoclave and equipment and ground washing water contain a small amount of production raw material particles, which are treated by sedimentation tank, and manure sewage is treated by septic tank. Only a small amount of domestic sewage is discharged into the plant drainage system through the drainage pipe, and the quality of the drainage water can be controlled within the discharge standard.
