What are the main types of aerated concrete equipment?

December 12, 2022

In a broad sense, autoclaved aerated concrete equipment is a professional building masonry production equipment. Its main products include autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, foam concrete and concrete with air-entraining agents. In a narrow sense, it is an aerated concrete block.

Generally, it is classified according to the type of raw materials, the process used and the functions undertaken. Aerated concrete can be divided into blocks or plates of various specifications according to the shape. There are basically three types of aerated concrete according to raw materials: (cement, lime, fly ash aerated brick); (cement, lime, sand aerated brick); (cement, slag, sand aerated brick) It can be divided into five types: non-load-bearing blocks, load-bearing blocks, insulation blocks, wall panels and roof panels. The characteristics of air-entrained concrete Due to the advantages of light bulk density, high thermal insulation performance, good sound absorption, certain strength and machinability, air-entrained concrete is one of the earliest and most widely used lightweight wall materials in my country.

Among them, the non-load-bearing blocks of aerated concrete equipment are the most widely produced and used, and the bulk density is generally 500 kg/m3 and 600 kg/m3. They are mainly used for filling walls and partition walls in the structure without bearing load; load-bearing blocks The volume density of the insulation block is 700 kg/m3 and 800 kg/m3, and it bears the load after special structural treatment in the building; the volume density of the insulation block is generally 300 kg/m3 and 400 kg/m3, which is mainly used for building heat insulation ; Roof panels and wall panels are reinforced aerated concrete panels, according to different uses, the reinforcement is different.
