The non-autoclaved foam concrete block production line adopts chemical foaming and vertical mixer to make the foam block stronger, evenly mixed and stable, which improves the capacity and reduces the production cost.
Production line workflow:
The material is transported to intelligent batching plant by weighing bin and screw conveyor for foaming and mixing. And through the automatic control system of the foaming mixer to control the amount of water, so that aggregate, water and foaming agent fully mix, after three to five minutes to mature, through open the the pneumatic valve discharging, the mixture will be poured into the bottom of the open mould box to foam and static, and by the mold tractor led away. Then the next empty mold, through the mold pushing machine pushed to the mixing station below, and so on circulation.
The green block body be cured for two to three hours and then reaches the plane cutting machine to cut the upper plane. After reaching the required height, it will run to the position of lift ferry for lifting, and the empty mold box will return to the state before reuse.
After the block body is cut by the automatic cutting saw. The size of the block can be adjusted on the vertical and horizontal cutting machine.
The green brick will be stacked and cured in the finished brick storage.
